Edit notices can be added to a page to provide a message to anyone trying to edit the page. This can be used to flag up important issues to editors when they try to modify the page, such as contentious material they should be careful about adding in/modifying, or a style preference, such as telling people the article is written in British English or whatever.
How to add an edit notice
Only admins can add edit notices. To add an edit notice, go to Template:Editnotices/Page/PAGENAMEHERE
So, to see/change the editnotice for EndMyopia:Editnotice Test Page, you can go to Test Page. From there you can directly change the edit notice for the page.
If it's an article in mainspace, an example would be Focus. You don't need to add a prefix to mainspace.
