How to add an edit notice
Only admins can add edit notices. To add an edit notice, go to Template:Editnotices/Page/PAGENAMEHERE
So, to see/change the editnotice for Red:Editnotice Test Page, you can go to Template:Editnotices/Page/Red:Editnotice Test Page. From there you can directly change the edit notice for the page.
If it's an article in mainspace, an example would be Template:Editnotices/Page/Active Focus. You don't need to add a prefix to mainspace.
