I see where you're coming from, been there, and I disagree.  What about people who use library computers, shared computers, or other public computers?  What about people who don't know how to use computers?  What about people who don't know what gives them migraines or seizures?
 
I just agreed to the terms of use over in the discord, and the last rule was about creating a welcoming space.  That's my area of expertise, creating spaces that are welcoming for everyone. I do this professionally.  This is about creating a welcoming space for the most vulnerable wiki users.

It doesn't hurt the existing wiki users to use images that don't give people seizures.  But it might give someone a seizure if we leave them there.  Like, that's fine when we don't know better.  But once we know better, we have a responsibility to do better.
